Finals

After a few days. I will be having a series of exam until the 8th of October. After that, I will be having my finals week. My train of exams will arrive this Saturday. I have to study hard for it. Hopefully, I will be able to achieve a good grade. I do not know if my professor will exempt me from finals though.

The next few weeks will be a hard one, but I am looking forward to it.

ACLE

Last Thursday I had my first ACLE or Alternative Classroom Learning Experience. I had so much fun. Kuya David or Dave ( I think..) is so funny. He taught us an exciting game while we were waiting for the main event. Everyone was actively participate. ^_^
When the pastor with the tops came, we started the formal ACLE. I felt very blessed to have come to this event. Since entering into UP, I've felt a lot of pressure. But then the pastor's message reminded me of what is truly important : my faith in the Lord Jesus Christ based on the Bible. It also reminded me that no matter how much effort I put into something without the Lord's blessing, it would amount to nothing. It helped me turn back to the Lord's presence, relying on Him in everything and offering Him my all, my best. The Lord loves us so much He gave His Only Begotten Son to save us from our sins. ^O^
I was reminded of the verses my classroom pastor taught me before.

Romans 6:23

For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

John 3:16

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

first video download

I've just downloaded my very first video clip. Yay~!!! Happy~!!!
Guess what the video is~?.... dadadadum.... Hey! Say! JUMP~!!!!!
This is the third time Hey! Say! JUMP went to Music Station for their latest single "Your Seed" and " Bouken Rider". It's mostly about Yama-chan, talking about a little girl who likes him and about his unfortunate experience when all of the members went to Hawaii. ^O^
I want to upload it here but I think it will take some more time. I'm still new with these loading things anyway... Haha^_^ I'll do my best~!!

Note: Ma'am, please don't include this post. ^_^

Visit

Yesterday my friend from Ateneo came over, not for a friendly visit though. She came to research about UP and not to visit me. Sad isn't it? Anyway I'm still glad she told me she was coming because normally she wouldn't tell anyone about those things. ^_^

My friend will be writing an article about UP's transportation system so we went off and rode ikot and toki. We also met some of our former classmates and schoolmates. They were surprised to her, knowing she is studying in Ateneo.

Back in high-school, we were always together - group works, SMO, recess, lunch. Though we didn't have much time to talk about recent things, it was really fun~!^O^ I hope to meet her more often. ^_^

Philippine-Japan Friendship Month

This month is Philippine - Japan Friendship Month! I watched Okinawan Buyo ~ concert~ in Philam Life last Thursday. Though it was announced on the day itself, I managed to attend the concert. I was so excited I was at the auditorium 2 hours before the official opening. Everything was kind of new to me so learning the music and cultures of Okinawa was fun. I was particularly interested in the koto (harp). Its sound was cool and soothing.^_^ When the concert was about to end, everyone was so into the Kachashi (Dance of Friendship) - many of the audience went on stage with the Okinawan dancers. ^o^

Though going to the concert was fun, I have to write a 3 pages reaction paper on it. But then again the concert was quite an experience so it was worth it. ^o^

school's second week

School's beginning to be hectic. All the lessons we discussed during my fourth year was discussed in a matter of days. I had a hard time solving math; some problem were rather easy, but some were really hard. Aside from that we were given math homework. But I really feel blessed to be with my family after a hard day's work. ^_^

It's my first time to make a blog, so I'm still exploring the blogging world.
